Iola Ring Review

Being a self confessed fashionista, I sometimes find myself getting nagged by my husband for having too many clothes and accessories.  (Is there such a thing?!)  That's why, when I find a company that's affordable and offers gorgeous pieces like Guy and Eva - I'm over the moon!  I don't feel bad for making these purchases, because he can't argue timeless pieces of jewelry at such great prices.  Besides, we all have our vices... He buys video games, I buy rings and necklaces.  It's all good!

Guy and Eva also offers the opportunity to host online catalogue parties.  Doing this can earn you free and discounted jewelry at the same time, which simply means there's even less reason for hubby to argue.  ;)  And I suppose if that's not enough  - because jewelry can very easily become an obsession, and personally, I'm probably 3/4 of the way there - there's always the fabulous opportunity to join Guy and Eva's sales team as an advisor.

I was offered the chance to review this incredible Iola Ring by Guy and Eva:

The Iola Ring - Amethyst and Cubic Zirconia.

- My Thoughts -

I strongly believe that it's easy to look good and feel great  just by throwing on some bling before walking out the door.  Having  recently been pregnant, I can certainly attest to the fact that even  when some of your favorite clothes don't fit anymore - you can ALWAYS  rely on your jewelry.  That's why I love a good, bold statement piece like the Lola ring.  When I received it, truly, I put it on immediately.  The ring looks amazing with jeans, and a simple black dressy top (which is what I wore out for dinner the other night) and looks incredible with a more formal outfit as well.  In fact, my brother is getting married next weekend and I'm in the wedding party, I plan on wearing the Lola ring with my bridesmaid's dress.  I've been wearing the Lola quite a lot!  The large amethyst stone in the center of the ring picks up a lot of light, and I notice that it tends to pick up a little bit of the colour you're wearing as well, which adds to its versatility.  Although it's large, the Lola doesn't seem to snag on clothing either, which is a plus in my books.  I have my toddler with me pretty much 24/7 and I'm always digging around in the diaper bag, or shoving my hands in my pockets to grab a tissue, so it's important that rings don't catch!  If you're into a little bit of glam on an average day, a statement piece like the Lola ring is the way to go.  Having said that, do check out Guy and Eva's other products, because they do offer something for everyone.
